Vestavia Hills is located at 33°25′59″ North and 86°46′44″ West (33.433057, −86.778894). Vestavia Hills is in close proximity to downtown Birmingham and lies adjacent to several state highways in the area. This large community spans from the border of Hoover to the edge of Lake Purdy.
